With more than 20 years' experience in transaction processing technology, the Task Group has developed expertise in both the domestic New Zealand market and selected international markets in Europe and Asia. From retail banking and finance solutions, through to integrated site solutions for the retail and petroleum industries, Task has a reputation for leading world-class products and services.

Task transactions has a range of product that is supplied to the petroleum industry and which interface with their proprietary forecourt management systems.

Outcome

A significant multinational client required a customised solution based on the existing product range. Prior to involving Procreate Task had developed the solution to a point where it was delivering the functionality that its client required. Procreate's task was to refine that solution taking into consideration the unique aesthetic and ergonomic factors present, and supply the mechanical components into which the existing electronic components could be installed.

Time to market was a critical factor with delivery of the first units required within three months of the project start. Procreate delivered within the necessary time frame due to its customer commitment and close relationships with key subcontractors. The end result was so well received by the end customer that the solution may be applied across sites internationally.
